This company is great. We turned to them for a home inspection after the first company we turned to provided a report that wasn't very helpful when buying our first home. JMC Associates provided a very helpful inspection report which gave us confidence in what needed to be done right away vs what could be put off. JMC was chosen for us by Sotheby’s for our home inspection. They gave us great tips overall but failed to inform us about all the illegal and potentially dangerous plumbing done by the sellers. After purchasing our home, we called a licensed plumber to come replace some of the copper piping in the basement. However, he quickly came to the conclusion that this home should have never passed inspection as-is. Since then, we’ve had five other licensed plumbers come over and tell us the exact same thing. The best home inspectors in Massachusetts. Jim the owner is wonderful. As well as his brother Joe & Ben, who serves Cape Cod and beyond. I've only worked with these 3 but almost always able to accommodate any inspection time slot. Answer questions during and after inspections, if clients have follow up.
