Receptionist Stacy is absolutely awful, wanted to send an email regarding the new functions of my water heater and she decided to hang up the call. People like her are what drives the business down and I will be taking my needs elsewhere. Do not call this company as you’ll be met with a lady that is just as polite as her brain cell count 🙅🏻♂️
Used JMB for a few years. Had good service initially. However, they do employee one bad plumber (the rest are very good). This guy installed a bathroom faucet, which broke within two weeks. Front office accused us of breaking it (last one lasted 18 years). Spoke to the owner who reassured us that he would resolve this and looked forward to our continued business.
