If I could chose 0 stars I would. I am a business owner and I would encourage anyone and everyone that reads this message to stay far away from this agency. I have been trying to get through to someone at this agency for WEEKS! No one ever calls back. There are no direct lines to anyone within the company. No one and I mean no one on their directory even picks up or calls back. 0 regard for customer service. No email ever gets returned. I had a terrible experience with this company. I needed a policy and I told them I was in a hurry. They assured me they were working on it, had me fill out two long applications and corresponded with me for 2 weeks before telling be that they no longer supply the kind of insurance I need. I've missed the deadline to obtain the coverage I needed and they've put me in quite a bad situation.
