Never again. Ordered oil the first time and my furnace used up the oil fast. So i thought it must be time for a cleaning. I then got my unit cleaned the tec said it wasnt bad. Ordered the second time and my unit started running bad the week after the fill.i called the tec back to check it out. The tec showed me the filter which had sludge and showed me the carbon build up on the unit.dont know if the truck has sludge in the tank or cheap oil but no more for me

I have order 4 times from here..first delivery no issues. second delivery I ordered 200 gallons only delivered 84 gallons and last delivery I ordered 70 gallons I only received 32 gallons..and they charged me more per gallon because they delivered less than what I ordered..I don't understand why wouldn't they reschedule the delivery if they don't have enough oil to do the delivery
Extremely unprofessional we called them for a sooner delivery after waiting 5 days and running out of oil with a baby in the house they hung up the phone on my husband and on me. Do not use! Extremely rude, unprofessional and terrible terrible terrible customer service
