I’ve tried and tried and JMB is the one program that hooked me. The trainers are so encouraging and supportive - even for those late in life who were never athletic! In one short year I have come such a long way. Not just in terms of pounds and inches, but also in terms of self confidence and worth! Thank you Josh, the entire JMB team and all the amazing members I now call friends!
This fitness gym is the best. I have belonged to many gyms, but this one everyone cares about you. The trainers are the best, even on a bad day,they are there to pick you up. They are never negative and always in courage you to do your best. It is so worth my 25 minute travel. Thank you JMB
I personally want to share that JMB is the best thing that has ever happened to me health wise in my adult years. This establishment helped me rejuvenate the physical aspect that was lacking in my life. They have also got me back on track nutritionally. Bad, does not align with my values or the values of any good people
Very disappointed in the integrity of this establishment. I had high hopes for this gym, especially given its branding around a 360-degree, family-style culture focused on improving mind, body, and quality of life. Unfortunately, that was not what I witnessed. For a place that seems to emphasize integrity, discipline, and accountability, the owner-operator's actions don’t reflect those values.
