Initial contact was great, Joe was very responsive to taking on my fireplace re-tile job. I expressed that the job had to be done in the next 30 days, but that any day would work. He selected the day, came by, gave an estimate, told my Husband he could help with the drywall installation if need be, etc. Then he called me to say he couldn't do the date he selected because he couldn't get anyone to come out on a Saturday.
