After we repiped our house, we had a lot of holes in the walls and ceilings from the plumbing work. Juan was quick to respond to my request with a reasonable quote and him and the crew came out the next day to do the work. The communication and turn around time were greatly appreciated. JMB construction is great! Juan and his crew did a great job installing drywall and painting in my house. He was flexible and easy to work with, and he worked very quickly. He made sure I was satisfied throughout the whole process and stands behind his work.
In 2024 I witnessed the most beautiful home remodel on a home built in the 60's. It was such a treat witnessing the care and professionalism of Juan Melgar and his team. They transformed the home into a beautiful contemporary looking home in the interior, and a more traditional style on the exterior to include 2 newly framed covered porches. Juan and the JMB Construction team are prompt, courteous and do a fantastic job. We called them for a quote to remove popcorn ceilings throughout our house and they had the best price for the work. They also primed and painted mouldings and walls for us, patched drywall and vented a master bath fan to the outside. Juan is very responsive and communicated well throughout the whole process. I will call them again!!
Juan and his brother were prompt and executed the job flawlessly. We were in need of drywall ceiling repair and Juan was available the next day for our services. I really appreciate his clear communication throughout the process and the reasonably priced quote. Would highly recommend his services and will use him again in the future!
