I contacted this company twice to request service and never received a response either time. It's extremely frustrating to be completely ignored, especially when you're trying to arrange electrical work. Even a simple acknowledgment or update would have been appreciated. Based on my experience, the lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing, and I can't recommend this company.

We had JMark Electric install two 2x4 LED ceiling panels, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear, the appointment was scheduled quickly, and the electricians arrived right on time. They worked efficiently, handled the installation neatly, and left the space spotless. The new LED panels look fantastic and provide exactly the bright, even lighting we needed. If you’re looking for an electrician and you’re reading this review, just stop reading and contact J Mark. I’ve used their services a bunch of times in the past year for simple outlet installs to a $100,000 backyard re-model. I’ve also recommended them to people and their experience echos mine. Had Jmark upgrade our panel and put a sub panel in our garage, exceptional work! Jason and his guys are very professional, friendly and easy to work with! If you have any electrical needs I would absolutely recommend giving them a call.
