I recently contacted JMake Healthcare Services for my mother. This is the second time using their services. They provided a prompt response, and even assigned the same CNA that we had used previously. She was fantastic with my mother. I definitely recommend this agency.
i first came in contact with Jackie after my mom fell on a holiday holiday weekend. I was desperate to find help to care for my mom after a week of caring for her myself. Caring for an elderly person is a calling, not everyone can do. Jackie had the most compassionate, caring aide come within hours of me calling. Jackie and her team are wonderful. We used JMake for our mother who had Alzheimer’s. The caregivers were very experienced and compassionate. They knew how to assist our mom and helped us cope with our mother’s situation. We called on Jackie again when our father needed assistance. Each aide was experienced, patient, compassionate and respectful. Jackie was always professional and available whenever we had a need to call her. We could not have asked for more. We highly recommend JMake.
