Terrible customer service, took 3 weeks to process my order and finally ship, and they weren’t even going to process if I didn’t call again, blaming each other and computer system they use. I also asked for the shipment to be dropped off with no signature required and no, one package dropped off but I had to pay UPS extra fee to be able to pick up from their pickup location because at the time UPS comes to my area I’m at work. Shop somewhere else if you can
Worse supplier to work with and found part cheaper by 179$ on a different supplier. Don't order from them! half the time they don't have the parts and don't remove them from there site making you order something they don't have! They are a misleading company!
Absolutely trash people and poor business ethics. No communication no customer service skills. 8 weeks and still no product no answers and no one can help. Absolute garbage Company.
JMAC are liars and cheaters. They sold me product at one price and charged our card, when they went to fulfill the order the manufacturer told them the parts cost more their cost. So they cancel my order and try to get more money. They operate out of New York so this is 100% against the law. Do not order from them. They claim it’s company policy but company policy does not supersede the law.
Ordered parts from them 11/07. They got back to me 11/10 saying the parts I purchased were discontinued but they found a replacement. I got an invoice with no tracking saying 7-11 business days. Fast forward to 12/03 I still haven't received my parts or a tracking number. So I reach back out to them. I get an email back with excuses about their supplier and a bunch of other garbage. But the next email I magically get a tracking number. When I click the tracking number it says label created not in system yet. Dated for 12/03.... read more
