First the drive from my home was a very enjoyable and relaxing drive. The root was not highways it was the most direct route but was more back roads and through a town, a bit of sightseeing. Not sure why this place has such bad reviews? My car got repossessed at 11pm & got towed to this location. I made my payments and got the release papers sent to J Mac at 9 am. I made an appointment online for 11am and they confirmed it within 10 minutes. Was able to pick my car up right at 11 am for a small fee that was very fair. I had thousands of dollars worth of tools in my car and nothing was stolen. No damage to my car. Everyone was really nice about my car being actively towed. Total accident on my end and it was a straightforward process. Nothing was missing from my car including my scrunchies.
Things were stolen off and out of my jeep. They had my conformation so I could get it back same day as towed and I had to wait until the next day so it cost me $150 more than it should have. They sick as a company and for customer service.
The bad company besides being rude the old man from the company located in 279 North Quincy St Abington, MA 02351 He almost attacked me even though my wife was pregnant, I'm sure it was because we were immigrants. I paid over a thousand dollars to be mistreated as if I was there asking for something for free.
