First the drive from my home was a very enjoyable and relaxing drive. The root was not highways it was the most direct route but was more back roads and through a town, a bit of sightseeing. I need help with this company. This company has my documents due to an error. They took my friend's car, which he was still paying for, and my wallet and belongings were inside. They took all my documents, my wallet, everything, since October 6th, three months ago. They have my ID, passport, my children's documents, my marriage certificate, everything. These people repossessed our car. They never notified us after taking our car. They never let local PD know, which is required by law within 2 hours of taking the car. Then have the audacity to rude and belligerent while answering the phone
Not sure why this place has such bad reviews? My car got repossessed at 11pm & got towed to this location. I made my payments and got the release papers sent to J Mac at 9 am. I made an appointment online for 11am and they confirmed it within 10 minutes. Was able to pick my car up right at 11 am for a small fee that was very fair. I had thousands of dollars worth of tools in my car and nothing was stolen. No damage to my car. The whole process was very easy, I showed ID, signed a document and got my car back within 5 minutes... read more
