If I could give less stars I would. They purposely make everything difficult as they rack up storage time from individuals going through hard times. I show up 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. You can't schedule same day btw. When I do they cancel it right in my face and tell me I have no appointments and that I can't even take anything out of my car. Mind you after 2 hours and some change of walking and using public transportation.
I reported these people to the Massachusetts Attorney General office. They blatantly break the repossession laws. Then they make it near impossible to retrieve your vehicle. The office of the Attorney General specifically told me that this business has over 30 complaints nearly the same as mine. They are formally presenting charges soon against JMac. They are an an excellent example of a business with no ethics or no morals.
