Contacted Joel and 3 other local Facebook recommended air conditioning repairers with faulty AC 2 weeks before Christmas. 2 replied to our request, but only Joel gave us a date and time to do the work, the other never called me back after inspection. Joel not only came out when he said he would which was far sooner than we expected, he was thorough in his explanation of the issues and solutions, he completed the work quickly and meticulously and charged us a very fair price even after having to work outside the quoted hours.... read more
