Possibly the worst billing practices in medicine. Their website for billing inquiries have never worked for me. Their phone system is an automated nightmare. I've not been able to speak with a human being. Sporadically, an invoice never gets mailed and you won't know you owe them anything until that bill is sent out for collection: I've never missed paying a bill until this outfit got a contract with the hospital.
