Warning, Extremely unprofessional Business.,I was given an appointment with J&M tree service and excavating on Tuesday, November 5 2024, For Friday, November 8 at noon to remove a tree trunk and grind the stump in my yard for $200 . . J&M tree service was a no call No show today one hour after our appointment. 🤷🏼♀️ When I contacted them, I’m told their equipment broke and they forgot to call me. J&M removed a large tree that was leaning over a business beside my property line. They had to use a crane to remove the tree. They are very professional and respectful. I will use them again if needed.
I greatly appreciate the service that was provided to me by J&M Tree & Excavating LLC. After my original landscaper stopped showing up to do the work and essentially breached the contract, I entered another contract with J&M. That was one of the best decisions I could have made. I wish I had contracted with them initially. J&M was very professional, courteous, kept me informed at all times, and were extremely hard workers. Removal of 2 large cut tree stumps, large rocks, blocks, grinding 6 stumps that were cut left from cut down trees (66). 2 poles that were cemented into the ground were lifted out and all hauled away. I'm so happy J&M Tree and Landscaping were thorough and professional, leaving a lasting and goo looking yard. Thank you so much!!
