Fixed my tire within 5 minutes and charged me $10 for the fix

Got a flat tire in Wylie and this was the only tire shop I could drive to since they stayed open til 8 pm and the others were closing. I even called beforehand to ask for pricing. I just arrived here at 7:45pm and the fat one with the Bluetooth walked up and told me they couldn't change my tire. My tire is completely torn driving all the way here and they saw it and didn't care. Why would they put they're open til 8pm if they don't want to do any work past 7pm?
