Well, I've been going to this shop for about 2 years now. And about 5 months ago, they messed up my rims with the weights for the balance, then I check them on it. They removed the weights. The man had to scrape the glue off and I have shiny black rims. So they scraped up my 2 front rims. So they had to end up painting both of them and then rebalance the tires, putting the balance weights in the back. So I bought 2 new tires, so go back up to them today. This is E. A. Smith again. They said, yeah, they reviewed the video footage and it wasn't their mistake. I put in my last review. Hey Follow-up To sit down with me and show me the video that they saw. I bet I don't get a response to look at it with them. They scraped my rim because they had to take one-off because they did it wrong. Both front tires They don't know how to mount weights properly. If they felt they did it right, they would not have painted my front rims for free.
SCAM ALERT. DO NOT GO HERE OR CHECK PRICES ELSEWHERE BEFORE YOU DO. I was quoted what seems reasonable, 145 per tire for small SUV tires. I decided to check the prices while they were installing, and found the exact same tire for under $70. This was not a labor charge, as they charged me separately $50 per tire for labor.
