Julio was so responsive! I heard back promptly after submitting a request via the website and he came out to the house a couple days later to review our project: replacing (very old!) undercabinet lights in our kitchen. After reviewing the project, Julio said he could get the lights and have his colleague David come back that afternoon to install. Communication was great and his rapid response to help sort our electrical issue was unreal! Although I wasted his time (turns out I have switches that turn my outlets on/off) he was very polite and respectful. I will definitely be using/recommending this company going forward.
