Filthy mud covered drop lot with huge potholes of indeterminate depth since they're filled with water. Bottomed out my truck on one of the potholes. Tight angled parking in the drop lot too. Loaded trailer was ready at the appointed time so that's a plus. Right off i80 so it's easy to get to. Office is dingy and employees seem like their soul has long since left them.
This place is a hell whole unloading time sucks been here since 6am and it’s 2pm still not unloading yet 😡😤

Lady in shipping was nice. Was early for my appointment and given a dock right away. Docks are very tight. Especially if you have to back in next to another truck. Luckily the driver is wa trying to back around was nice enough to drop his trailer so I could back in. Thank you driver. Other than that. No complaints
Would give this place a lower star if possible, been here for 30 hours with a hopper and no one can give me an update of when I’ll be unloaded, no restrooms on sight other than portajohns that haven’t been cleaned in months. Gas station couple blocks up the road along with a bar down the street
