I called Josh for service on my riding lawn tractor after the original guy ghosted me. Josh was super helpful, honest and called me to make sure that I knew the difference in parts he was ordering and saved me a ton of money. Communication is key and Josh does it in spades. Very reasonable in price and I would highly recommend him to anybody that needs any small engine repaired whether it be snowblowers, lawn tractors, tools, anything.
I highly recommend Josh at J&M Small Engines in Crystal Lake Il. I’ve had a very difficult health problem for some time now and a friend went to try to get my driveway plowed out in the freezing cold weather after several attempts and doing different things it just would not stay started. I recommend J&M small engine repair. Josh was very helpful and fixed our snowblower in time for a winter storm. He was personable and showed me exactly what he was going to do. He did a great job and we will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you Josh!
I would recommend J&M to anybody. Josh did a professional job and looked after the minute details. Very personable and explained what and why something needed to be done. Very reasonably price and I sensed he treated my mower like it wad his own.
I called to ask about servicing my chainsaw and replacing the chain. I really appreciated the honesty regarding the brand of saw I own and that it may be a better idea for me to purchase a new saw vs servicing it. He also told me where to go to purchase a new chain to keep my older saw going a bit longer. Again, I really appreciated the honesty and guidance!! I will definitely keep this business in mind for any future issues!! :D
