Rob Mulder is a great landlord! First off, he includes internet service and basic cable service from Cass Comm (fiber optic cable), which is included in the rent. Then he pays for water, sewer and trash service, you only need to pay electric. He was always responsive to texts, and he replaced all 4 of the burners on my stove and ran cable to the other wall of the living room where I had set up my computer. And he does the work himself!
