Called last minute and stopped by to help out. He didn’t charge for the late call. Turns out he was the original person who installed our A/C unit 24 YEARS AGO!! Julio told us about the A/C and even showed us where he wrote his name and number for service. Very knowledgeable and professional. He wasn’t trying to sell us anything right off the bat and went to diagnose the problem and fixed it. We just needed the outside unit cleaned and charged up.
