Outstanding service! I drove from Watsonville and it was worth the drive. There was a rattling near my tow hitch. Mr. Avila was able to quickly locate the issue and resolve it. He explained the issue and how he resolved it. He is very knowledgeable. I was one very happy customer. I highly recommend would stop by again. THANK YOU.
I came in for trailer brake disconnecting issues they found the problem and solved it. They treat you like family and have a excellent staff. I would 100% recommend.

We called just 30min before they closed on a Friday. They couldn't get out to us until after we headed out of town and we couldn't get the stabilizers up to leave. Highly stressful situation. Especially since my mom died this morning. Stressful until we called J&M, that is! Joe went out of his way to help my husband over the phone. Even that close to close and before the weekend.
