UPDATE: Today, Mon July 24th, the Owner emailed me an unprofessional message in response to the several reviews I made and the certified letter I sent to the company according to FL ST 558.004. In the email, the Owner said, 'You've not been kind to me or my staff, and I've been EXTREMELY responsive to you.'" Non-responsive and unprofessional. Their roof installers consume alcohol while on the job as evidenced by a shattered Corona bottle on my patio. Less than a year later, roof is leaking, and the company is unresponsive. Informed a tech would be out at 8 am on Monday 6/26, he didn't show, and company has not responded when I asked about rescheduling as of 6/30. I would highly recommend that you obtain your roofing services elsewhere. This behavior is utterly unacceptable in a business that claims to be reputable.
