The new management seems a bit short and only interested in how to pull more money out of you. I called to advise that I would not be renewing, and there was no empathy or trying to save me as a customer. It was literally okay and bye, with no additional information or what the next steps would be. When I started with the company the customer service was impeccable now I just feel like a number rather than a valued customer. Overall, I wish the company and new management much success going forward!
