Took my information for an expansion tank install and said they would get back to me with a bid and then nothing... Maybe they are only interested in much larger jobs. If so state that on the website and don't waste people's time... Mashed me to say sorry, but still never came out. Did the job myself.
The workman was quick, efficient, and pleasant. The five stars are for him. But we are concerned because drainage from our sink is now significantly slower than it was before. We are not sure why, but would much appreciate if there is some way to speed the flow.
I can not say enough good things about JM Plumbing. Everyone was responsive, clear about the work to be done and the process, and took time to answer my questions. The workspace was kept amazingly clean and they finished AHEAD of time. Definitely recommend!
Nick and the JM team were great to work with. They were knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about the issue we had with our old Navien Combi-Boiler. Their quote was reasonable, and the work was done quickly and efficiently.
