JM on the Level was exceptional to work with. We have an old home and had a project with a lot of unknowns. John was great at explaining how everything would work and what the potentials for change could be. Everything was clear. His notes, housekeeping and billing were meticulous. As a Facilities Manager, I'm very selective over which contractors I use. Quality work and honesty is key. John worked with me closely on an office project in one of my buildings. He took the time to help cut costs where appropriate without sacrificing quality. We were able to trim costs significantly but still have a beautiful office space for the production staff.
