When we had a tour of a house our rep showed up 15 min late. Though they did call ahead, it was still unprofessional. Not to mention that during the tour he got rather passive aggressive when we asked to go inside instead of staying out in the cold to listen to him talk about the neighborhood. After the tour he later told us that we wouldn't be a good fit for the house despite meeting all of the qualifications. Very rude and unprofessional.
