This place has the worst management! I've been trying to get my balance due on a payment plan I've been paying on for several months. Emily, the office manager, is happy to take your money and put you on a contracted payment plan, BUT whenever you need to know your balance or when your contract ends, etc...you can not get in touch with her, she won't return your calls, etc. The estheticians who work there even said that multiple clients have complained about the same thing. Stay away from this place!!
The Med Spa is clean and well maintained. I went in on the Instagram special of a $55 facial. The facial was nice nothing spectacular( felt like a deep face cleaning with products). I should have known when she started to recommend microneedling, that i would be in for a pitch. After a relaxing 45min I was then asked to step into a room to discuss other services . Be very careful with them and getting a Monthly plan service DONT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION TO THEM!!!. I’ve tried several times contacting them and canceling my plan which they have ignored to do so. And contacted my bank and change cards and they still continued to charge me for services I wasn’t getting.

After paying the $69.99 for the initial consultation, I was immediately offered a 5-session package for nearly $4,000, which then dropped to $2,000, and eventually to a single session for $300.
