Sold me an absolute piece of garbage. Car had no engine air filter, wrong size battery, I have had nothing but problems with the car.

bought a mazda 5 from them in february 2018 have had no problems with it at all am extremely satisfied with how it all went the only thing tat was bit stressful was the fact its a small business getting phone call answered was taxing but understanding since its also where he lives o understand need for separation between family and work life and his need to find vehicles may cause delay in communication need to understand that some rebuilds are tricky yes have recommended them to others and they were just as happy with hei o... read more

One of my employees has purchased a 2011 Nissan Sentra from this company. There were clutch issues in the first week. They were "repaired". There were clutch issues the next week driving. It took $700 to tow it back to Ottawa for repairs. Not covered. Labour on the resulting transmission repair not covered $1000. Repair took over 2 weeks. The phone was never answered for that time. My employee had to go in person during the day to try to "catch Mr Mendes" there. I was present for that discussion. I am not impressed.
