Called, got no answer. Then he called back i said who is this he said stereo shop, then i asked what stereo shop he said "stereo shop" i asked again which one, he got pissed and said" we are the only 'stereo shop'." then i said ive been calling stereo shops all day but none were named "stereo shop". Then he just hung up for no reason , figured out later it was JM Kustomz. Piss poor customer service etiquette

Purchase a system through this company two days later all 4 tweeters were blown out, turns out they forgot to put a filter on. Then I take it back and now passenger door won’t open and radio turns off when you put it on high. I live 50 minutes away. I asked the manager if I can set up an appointment so I wouldn’t have to waste a day of work waiting. He said they do not give appointments.
