We had a water leak issue and thought it was a good idea to go with the restoration company that my insurance recommended. J&M Keystone (ATI) turned out to be the worst contractor I had to ever deal with. No sense of urgency and no updates unless I followed up multiple times. Dragged project from what was supposed to be 3-4 months to 8-9 months. They subcontracted the job. It was never done right even when we told them this multiple times. They said the lvp "just needed to settle". We have been trying to have them fix the job since August, it is now February. They lied about materials not being in stock and keep dragging their feet. Now they are asking us for more money to complete the job this was an insurance claim, we did not pay for the work and it was their job to bott it right the first time.
