I have used Jon for 15+ years now and he never disappoints. His inspections are thorough and precise. He walks my clients through the entire inspection and even makes himself available after for any questions. His reports are meticulous, including photos and a summary. He is by far an exceptional inspector making sure buyers know the difference between “issues” and “maintenance”, but doesn’t scare them away (unless of course there are legitimate reasons, that’s his job). He truly cares about peoples needs.
