Jim responded promptly to my request for work to be done. He completed the work as per our agreement. He was on the job continuously till the work was complete. He is affable, flexible, considerate, professional, experienced and knowledgeable about suggesting alternate methods to make the project stay within your budget. As a former General Contractor who appreciates professional work with a budget in mind I would recommend Jim without any hesitation.
