Great service as always.
I have to say I've had great customer service other places. Never have I had customer CARE! I'm paralyzed and can't physically get underneath my 2013 Acura TSX. I saw all the classics and was intimidated to take my hoopty! I need my car raised to stop scrapping the road. Turns out I had a broken drive knuckle, as well as a few other key parts that could have ended in tragedy. Helped us out with restoring a 65 impala. Started with no drivetrain. Jason and his team knocked it out the park. Work was completed months ago and car is running strong with no issues.
I was Very unhappy with the outcome of my service. I drove my car there to JM Garage for a couple oils leaks, the clutch was getting stuck and for some window repairs and Installation. The windows didnt even get done. To move the car around they had to take the tires off and broke some of the wheel stems (they didnt replace them) and my car has a custom paint job.
