Absolutely horrible customer service. Spent ages on the phone trying to organise flowers, got passed between two people who genuinely seemed to have the communication skills and brain size of a walnut. Had to repeat myself multiple times, gave my card details around 3 times because apparently the payment system “wasn’t working,” then got told to call back. My partner has bought flowers from J&M a few times now, and they never disappoint. These were the most recent for my birthday—absolutely beautiful and they lasted really well.
I don’t often leave bad reviews, but visiting the store over the weekend left me very disappointed with the level of customer service won’t be supporting this business anymore
