JM Family Enterprises and Bath Tune-Up have done nothing but ignore or complaints in which the franchisee of Bath Tune-Up of Niceville, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola defrauded us out of almost $50k. This franchisee took our money and provided absolutely no materials or labor whatsoever. He took our deposit and has evaded and ignored us for an entire year.
