These guys at J&M do outstanding work very professional and clean the employees are always in a good mood and I will always recommend J&m to anyone that needs commercial work/resident work
Would Not Recommend this firm. The customer service has been non-existent. The original 'salesperson' was awful at follow up and communication, delayed us many times - failed to keep us up to date on permit status - and then - when they finally showed up to do the work (5 MONTHS LATER) - the install crew damaged our building - moved certain light fixtures without permission - failed to clean up after themselves - and then, after all was said and done - they left the site - never taking the time to provide documentation, revi... read more
I used J&M to install a generac whole house generator. While I did like Jason the sales rep and the actual workers that did the install, I was very frustrated with the communication from the office once I signed the contract. I was told 5-6 weeks, but heard Nothing from them for a couple months. I had to make several phone calls before I was told there was an issue with the propane tank delivery. Installed stand alone generator. Very pleased with price and install process. Have contracted with them for generator maintenance.
J&M are professional and do a great job. I will not use anyone else in my home for electrical issues.
