Bo got our Generac generator going and running perfectly after we had been told by another company that it had run out of oil and we needed to get a new generator. Bo was thorough and efficient. He was so nice to work with. Because of him, I am getting the maintenance agreement with J&M.
This company has zero regard for a customer. I had an appointment for a quote on a new generic generator and they don’t keep their appointments. I will never use this company for anything. I actually spoke to the owner who wanted to put the blame on me and is very argumentative. I will say the Generator Store has excellent customer service and promptly made an appointment with me for a quote. The crew was very likeable and went about their business efficiently. I was very satisfied with them and didn’t take them long to solve my problem. I would heartily recommend them.
