We had an issue with our GSCI outlet. Joe was able to come out the next day. He was on time, courteous and respectful. It was a simple fix and he fixed it within 5 minutes. He even tested all my outlets in the kitchen. I was expecting a service call fee but he waived the fee saying he is not going to charge a fee for a 5 minute simple fix. I also inquired him about the EV car charger and he gave me options on where and what to install. His quotes on EV car charger appears to be reasonable as well.
