RecommendedGot a flat on my way to work. They took my car with no appointment and prioritized it so I could go to work even though they were busy. They offered to replace all four tires which I knew I needed and did an alignment. Extremely reasonable and friendly staff. My car has never driven so straight. This was my first interaction with them but I will be back. I highly recommended this shop.
I'm not one to write a review but right now I'm pretty livid. I brought my car here a year ago to get my power steering fixed. they "fixed" it the first time saying there was a leak. $300 and some change. a month later it starts doing the same thing so I brought it back. now they said it needs a new hose. another $300 and some change. about a month ago the steering wheel started have problems again. took my car in for inspection (somewhere else) and the steering wheel is once again leaking. my gut told me a year ago this pla... read more

Still sitting in the waiting room so I can comment on service but I can say out of the car service places I have been this one has THE BEST playroom for kids. Tons of space, toys, seating, TV, bathroom, books and clean!
Bought an oil change, they forgot to secure the oil pan and it leaked all over my drive way and left a stain and then had to pay $45 for repairs and more oil from another car place that did it right...not a happy camper.
Great service and price. The staff got me in and out quickly on a Saturday morning! Have been using J&M for years and will continue to do so!
