I was ref'd to this woman by my physiatrist. I checked out her reviews and photos. The positive reviews sounds generic and fake. But the numerous negative reviews sound very real. And "Dr" Da Silva's LinkedIn photo looks like a Tinder dating profile. Lol. So no thanks, I'll pass.
My mother missed her appointments due to the unexpected passing of her brother, and instead of being met with compassion, we received multiple calls from the office staff criticizing her for missing them. While one staff member briefly said, “sorry for your loss, but…,” the overall tone was dismissive and lacked empathy. Horrible office staff. Never answer phone calls, long holds. Dropped calls
I’m not a patient and never was. But this women literally takes the credit from the work of others. Isn’t diligent on filing out paper work and resulted in my significant other paying thousands of her hard earned money. I’m tired of it.
