Roof felt needed to be replaced as was poor quality when built, leading to bad condensation. JM provided best quote and most professional looking service. Work, including adding extra and replacement ventilation, completed to schedule and budget, despite issues being discovered once the roof was off. Have recommended to neighbour with similar problem.
JM have done a very professional job re-roofing my garage. They were a great set of lads who not only tidied up after themselves, but also organised the items in my garage and removed rubbish I had ready to go to the tip. Great service and definitely exceeded my expectations.
Thanks to JM Contractors for a speedy follow up on problem we had ( Nothing at all to do with the original high standard of work done a year ago on our roof & guttering.) We had an issue with overflow of rainwater high up on the downspout. He sent his team out to investigate very speedily & the problem was solved immediately. The aerial wire had looped into the downspout & debris built up on top causing a blockage. Excellent service, thanks Joe & his team.
Very good experience with Joseph and his team. Full re-roof completed in a week incl new fascia boards and gutters. Site left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Work completed to a high standard. Definitely recommend JM Contractors.
