John and his team did 3 projects for me - 1) a full kitchen remodel including rerouting heat/vents + hardwood floors + moving laundry to 2nd floor, 2) primary bedroom/bath, 3) 35x20 raised deck. Key attributes: fair pricing, fast, clean work, and an engineer mentality to creatively solve problems without relying on 3rd parties. I'd gladly use him again if I had more work to be done, and I've recommended him many times to friends and family.

John did a great job helping us design and deliver an exterior covered patio, new deck and pavers. We worked together to make material choices. John was present to both perform the heavy machinery work and oversee his own team and subcontractors. He coordinated all the deliveries, ensuring a streamlined schedule and only missed work days during extreme weather. He would inform proactively about next steps and timelines, handled all permit filings and coordinated all inspections.
