I bought a mobility Scooter from them. The existence was pleasant enough... Like buying a car. However, now I need service and I can't get them on the phone! I tried for 2 days and they never answered! Several times I even let the phone ring for 20 minutes! They don't have an answering machine! How can you run this type of business without an answering machine or manning your phones? I finally gave up and am taking my scooter to a competitor.
