Their tech Randy groped a young woman all alone in her apartment, and when she didn't want to pay for the service due to the violation, their owner Jason threatened legal action to silence her and save face for his business. This business represents a danger to the Seattle community, stay far away.
I used J&M to clean a bedroom carpet during move-out and would highly recommend them. Was easily able to book a date and time that worked with my schedule. Randy was friendly, communicative, problem solved for my space, and extremely efficient! He was even able to arrive early and was respectful of my pets. If you are in Seattle and need carpet/upholstery cleaning services, look no further than J&M.
J & M does not stand behind their service. I had my carpet cleaned Thurs. Their voicemail says that they're open Mon thru Friday, so I called back on Tues, sent pics of stains that reappeared Friday after it dried, and Its past 3 days! The owner doesn't know how to count, never paid this much for carpet cleaning, and they want another$75 to come back and finish! I'll never call them again.
Everything was fast and efficient! Clean as could be - Thank You!
