Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. I scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment based on the provider’s availability, but they failed to show up or call. When I reached out, they claimed they forgot, and then the call disconnected. Subsequent attempts to contact them went straight to voicemail, and it appeared my number was blocked. When I called from a different number, they answered but immediately hung up when I inquired about the missed appointment. Sadly, this experience lacked professionalism and reliability.
My couches were extremely horrible looking. I’ve attempted cleaning them myself and I know I only made it worse. I wasn’t expect much when I finally gave in calling in for help and let me say I am so glad I did. I made the call yesterday and came out today to get the job done. My couches look way more cleaner and smells way better than ever before. Customer service was amazing! I will definitely be recommending them!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received! They took their time, addressed all of my concerns, and the results were outstanding my couch and armchair look brand new. I also appreciated how careful they were to protect my floors, leaving absolutely no mess behind. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows. I'll definitely be using their services again!
I called JM carpet cleaner, he came out to my house and spend time to see the labor hours and he explained me how he will do his job and how many hours it will take. I set up the day and ask him to come and clean carpet on Sunday, that is where I knew that he is very good and he accommodate my schedule with his schedule.
