I was very happy with Jimmy with his professional service. Jimmy did service on my back house that I rent out, cleaning the bathroom floor and show tile and floor, living room floor tile, Kitchen floor tile and granite countertop, and the bedroom carpet. I was working and he was communicating with me. When I got home and seen the back house it looked nice, everything looked new. I truly will recommend Jimmy with my family, friends and coworkers. Thank you Jimmy 🙂
Jim services are so great, he is very polite and very efficient my carpets looks like new after he gets it clean . Highly recommend his businesses.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. I scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment based on the provider’s availability, but they failed to show up or call. When I reached out, they claimed they forgot, and then the call disconnected. Subsequent attempts to contact them went straight to voicemail, and it appeared my number was blocked. When I called from a different number, they answered but immediately hung up when I inquired about the missed appointment. Sadly, this experience lacked professionalism and reliability.
My couches were extremely horrible looking. I’ve attempted cleaning them myself and I know I only made it worse. I wasn’t expect much when I finally gave in calling in for help and let me say I am so glad I did. I made the call yesterday and came out today to get the job done. My couches look way more cleaner and smells way better than ever before. Customer service was amazing! I will definitely be recommending them!
