In under two hours, the carpet cleaning in my fully carpeted condo made every room look fresh and restored, almost like when the carpets were first installed. We’ve been using this carpet cleaning service for a long time, and they always do an excellent job. In the past, I tried other carpet cleaners, and while some did an okay job on the rugs, there were often problems like small marks on furniture, moisture getting on the hardwood floors, or crews that were not dependable. With this company, the whole process is professional and consistent. They are careful in our home, respectful, and easy to trust. Update (June 2026): Nearly a year later, this issue remains unresolved. After 15-20 follow-up calls, repeated promises of callbacks from management, and even a missed follow-up appointment, J&M Carpet Cleaners has still failed to address the water damage caused during their cleaning service. I am also concerned that the address listed on their website is 253 Atlantic Ave, Suite 411, Hull, MA, which appears to be located within Hull Town Hall. 10-Month Follow-Up Review I gave J&M Carpet Cleaners a second chance after they left a large water stain on one of my chairs during a cleaning last July. I reported the issue two days later and spent the next 10 months making 15-20 calls and texts. Every time, I was told a manager would call me back. No one ever did.
