J&M Carpet Cleaners came to clean two upright chairs and a couch on July 23rd. During the visit, the technician recommended a deeper cleaning, which doubled the original quoted price. I agreed to the upgrade, and the cleaning itself seemed fine at first. The technician assured me the furniture would be dry later that same day. I am really pleased with the carpet cleaning service I received. The team was right on time and explained the whole cleaning process before they got started. My carpets look fantastic now—like new!
