I contacted J&M Carpet Cleaners during the week to set up an appointment, and they managed to schedule me for that Friday. Unfortunately, the weather was terrible with rain all day, so I called to see if I could move my appointment to another Friday. The technician who cleaned my carpets was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. I was really pleased with his work. I did notice that the online information mentioned moving furniture and placing something underneath it to protect the carpet, but that didn't happen. Instead, the cleaning was done around the furniture. However, that's alright since those areas probably didn't need as much attention.
