The people I dealt with were nice good people just the only thing I didn’t like one I had to vacuum the car out which I was not told til I brought it in that’s something small but my biggest concern is why is it taking like a month to receive a deposit refund back like that is crazy!! For me to rent here then go to enterprise after renting from J & M still waiting on a deposit refund back from J & M but got my deposit refund back from enterprise with amount of 2 to 3 business days is crazy work! Well my experience wasn’t great it was actually horrible they me a hazardous car where it broke down on me where I had to spend the night in the car where climax was freezing cold sitting for hrs where have a medical condition of blood clots and they trying at like I’m at fault I surely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone the way they handle the situation was unacceptable and unprofessional
JM RENTAL managed to have one car for me and my brother last min trip. We were so greatful to find this place, not only was it close by my house to pick up and drop off the car but the gas on the car was amazing. The customer service I got from the owner was WONDERFUL. He was kind , the business was well maintained. The price was great for 2 days. They were so helpful and even came back to the business after hours just to help us rent a car last min. J&M is AMAZING. They loaned me a beautiful car for a good price (I’m under 25) Miss Marie is a sweetheart and so helpful, they accommodated my needs and loaned me a car on thanksgiving DAY. Every trip I take to Virginia I am using J&M for my rental. I’d would rather support this local business compared to enterprise or another big corporation.
I had a great experience with Marie. She is very professional. I’ll definitely be back!
