This place is hands down the best BBQ in lubbock evie maes doesn't come close. Ellie was awesome. All the employees were friendly. Food has all the flavor and tenderness u could ask for. It's quiet.
Good BBQ the best we've ate in Lubbock. They didn't cover the BBQ in sickening sweet sauce before bringing it to the table. That might be why some thought it was dry. Honey, if you want food dripping Bbq sauce and can't taste the flavor of the meat.. Go to a chain place. We loved that we could taste the meat. Definitely don't sleep on this location.
