I took my dad to JM Barbershop in Altamonte Springs for a haircut, and we had a great experience. The shop was very clean, welcoming, and professional, and the attention to detail really stood out. Went to this shop first time. Joel was the one who asked me to sit on his chair, he looked super unfriendly, rude and unprofessional right from the first impression however I still gave him the chance to prove me wrong. This was the worst of the worst hair cut and the experience I ever had in my life. In 6 minute haircut he provided, he didn’t even acknowledge or answer any of the questions I had asked him or any of the requests I made about keeping my hair short from the sides and long on top.
