However, when he looked at it (a day after he said he would) and saw we needed to order a part (that we told him another shop thought we needed prior to dropping it off (they couldn't get the part in their town at the first shop)), he said he couldn't do the job until next week. An unfortunate event that turned to a cherished memory 😁👍 I was out on a work project in Cortez, 500 miles from home. My work vehicle had severe issues where it would be impossible to make the drive back. Had a damaged solenoid and fried battery. GREAT DIAGNOSTICS WITH PROFICIENT REPAIR.... I just had J & M work on my car in an emergency type situation (I live 70 miles from Cortez) and Matt was awesome. He methodically diagnosed the problem with my car and fixed it within about 90 minutes. He is very personable and the car repair rates are reasonable. I had called 4 other repair shops before getting to J & M to find a shop that could get to me asap within a day.
